Chief Cycling Office at ASX listed company Cycliq Limited, President Surf Life Saving Western Australia, Chairman Western Roads Federation. Owner of Kwik Logistics from 2005 until 2021 and prior to that a finance professional for 10 years. Before that a contracts and logistics manager with the Offshore group of Clough Engineering for 7 years, having retired from the Army in 1989. Graduated from the Royal Military College Duntroon as an Infantry Officer in1983. Holds a Bachelor of Arts (Military) gained from University of NewSouth Wales whilst at Duntroon and has since completed a Masters of Commerce atCurtin University. Graduate of the Australian Institute of CompanyDirectors (Graduated with Order of Merit). Awarded the Australia Medal (AM) in2021 Queens Birthday Honours List for services to Surf Life Saving, Transport and the Community.

Ian has a wealth of experience in technology-led and growth-focused organisations. A strategically-minded leader and effective collaborator, he has established a number of successful businesses in his decades-long career. Ian masterminded Symphony the first global digital media exchange platform for non-programmatic digital media, growing users from zero to over 25k media professionals in 17 countries. 

Andy is responsible for Marketing in the UK. He joined the business in February 2021 at the beginning of a period of 'hyper-growth'. Andy has many years’ experience in marketing regulated financial services such as insurance, mortgages and debt management and has also previously coined his trade in the fintech industry.  With a proven track record of using his vast experience, knowledge and expertise to create and marketing execute plans,  Andy is perfectly positioned to lead our UK marketing strategy. 

Jeremy is Managing Director of GrowthSmart Consulting Limited and a Lecturer and Fellow at the London Institute of Banking and Finance. Jeremy was also the founder of The Telegraph Financial Services, and Head of Product and Commercial at John Lewis Finance. He has also been Head of strategy, Proposition & Innovation at Sunlife, Global Head of Innovation at RBS Group, Principal Advisor at KPMG Advisory, and Principal Consultant for Group Strategy at Barclays Bank plc

Ian brings over 35 years treasury risk management experience to Dacxi, with a career that includes leadership roles at RBS, Santander and Fortis. Moving into fintech Ian was a non-executive director at Treasury Spring, Gain Capital UK Limited, Makaris Strategies and was a Senior Advisor at NPL Markets. At Dacxi Ian is responsible for the governance and oversight of the business across the UK and Eire.

Ben is a payments marketing expert having spent over 10 years at the worlds largest payment brands, including Visa and PayPal. He also started his career in the advertising industry and spent several years working on global brands at advertising agencies including BBH London and JWT London.

Lawson is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). He has over 10 years of experience in the remittance and FX industry with a primary focus on compliance. His passion about blockchain and digital asset technology brought him to Dacxi. Since joining Dacxi, Lawson has been leading the global licensing and compliance team.

Vicky is a serial entrepreneur, specialising in building brands that empower people through new technologies. Her experience spans a number of industries – including travel, ambient advertising, personal development and beauty technology. Vicky is particularly passionate about empowering women, and authored an international best-seller on the subject; Building Confidence in Women.

Nina is a seasoned customer service professional with over a decade of experience in managing customer support teams. As the head of our customer service and customer experience team for the last five years, Nina has been instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our clients while also driving continuous improvements in our processes and operations. Her deep knowledge of customer needs and her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction make her an invaluable asset to our organization.

Gareth is responsible for distribution and growth in UK and Eire, joining at a time of accelerated growth at Dacxi. In previous roles, he has focused on scaling up companies and managing large teams in complex financial services businesses. Gareth's impressive track record includes successfully growing a number of disruptive businesses in the financial services and digital tech industries.

Indie is an experienced marketer across several B2B and B2C companies, spanning industries from banking to e-learning, Web3, and wealth management in the Australasian and European markets. Ex-TradFi, Indie has a foot in both camps and is focused on bridging the divide between the two worlds to provide investors with greater access to new wealth building opportunities.
